Bold Consulting services may be engaged on an hourly, ad-hoc, or monthly retainer basis.  Any of these arrangements will benefit your business based simply on the level of expertise the consultant brings to your business.

Option 1 : Project Management and Administration

This makes sense if you have projects that cannot be handled in-house.

Examples include:

  • Recruiting for an open position or confidential backfill
  • Handling a complex or simple investigation
  • Creating/managing a performance appraisal system
  • Creating or updating an employee handbook
  • Creating or updating job descriptions
  • Training managers or employees on a specific issue
  • Managing open enrollment for health and welfare benefits
  • Reductions-in-force

We strategize with your existing team to define the desired outcome and set deadlines.  Then, Bold Consulting takes care of the rest. Fees for this option are on a per-project or hourly basis.

Option 2 : Outsource your Human Resources Department

If you choose this option, Bold Consulting becomes your HR department. We manage your HR functions on an on-going basis, including special projects and regular on-site office hours.

You choose the number of hours of service per week and you control the budget.  Additionally, we’re always accessible 24/7 by phone and e-mail for all your questions.

Option 3 : Monthly Retainer

This option is the right choice for a business which desires some HR autonomy. With the monthly retainer, a business will get full access to our expertise and HR services while not requiring our regular on-site presence.
