Jennifer Bolding, a Human Resources professional who began her career in HR at Barneys New York in 1994, is the founder of Bold Consulting, Inc.

She spent the next two decades working for retail, fitness, and technology companies, which were both publicly and privately held. In 2015, she identified a trend of a lack of HR compliance among small and medium sized businesses. Realizing the potential liability caused by this non-compliance, she launched Bold Consulting.

Bold Consulting provides HR services for a variety of industries, and works with companies who typically have between 1 and 150 employees.

Marianne Eid
Chief Strategy Officer

Marianne served as the most senior HR executive in the Barneys New York Beverly Hills location, a 125,000 square foot retail store and restaurant, for 24 years.

She brings a wealth of knowledge and was responsible for all areas of Human Resources including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, performance evaluation, career development and training, and federal and state labor law compliance. Marianne was responsible for 365 employees, which includes all of the employees at Freds Restaurant and all levels of management and staff. She was directly responsible for all of the HR operations during the opening of four Barneys New York major flagship stores (Beverly Hills, San Francisco, Dallas, and Las Vegas).
